The kinda 'zoom effect' comes from unfocusing it in layers, so that the mouth isn't blurred at all while everything else is. Damn, I didn't turn on the animation.

@Inner-RAWR: Sasori used a jutsu that made sure if she removed the baby she'd die, but in the end Sakura found that she loved her baby no matter what.
@PopcornDisaster: In this reality Naruto's still a confused mub of ANBU captain stupidity. So no baby for him. Cause we have ShinoHina KibaIno and Sakura's not into him so no little uzumaki sibling for Mi-chan.
